Staff were friendly, breakfast range excellent. A comfortable room. Car parking close by. Really liked the free drink token, just a request to management to make it easier to claim as instructions differed between staff members.

Great stay at Novotel Leicester! I especially want to thank Sangeet and Erica for their excellent service. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their positive attitude really made the experience better and made us feel very welcome. A real credit to the hotel team!

Very welcoming and friendly staff, near to a local Sainsbury's, not a far walk from city centre. The Rituals soap smelled gorgeous too. A pleasant stay, thank you.
