Good central location, it is on a busy road so there is some traffic noise. Clean, compact and staff friendly and helpful.

the view was very nice and the room was very clean, staff where amazing, very nice young woman, treated me well and was very receptive with any and all enquiries, also the shift manager middle bloke was very welcoming and friendly

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel from August 28th to August 30th with my partner, who is a wheelchair user, and our furry baby. I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service we received. A huge thank you to Amit, Movina, and Viktorya for making our stay truly memorable. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating, ensuring my partner’s needs were met throughout our stay. Even though the lift wasn’t working, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine care, and we truly appreciated the kindness they showed. Our furry baby also had a great time, and it was clear the staff wanted us all to feel at home. Despite the lift issue, the staff’s warm and friendly attitude made our stay special. We look forward to visiting again in the future! Thank you again to the wonderful team at Ibis
