Great location - near the bus stop/taxi office and super close to all the shops etc that Diskit has to offer (30 minute walk to the Monastery - highly recommend visiting). The building in itself is beautiful, and has really good views of the surrounding mountains. Our room was large, with large windows (nice and airy). The food was all delicious and the hosts were super attentive + kind. Overall I'd say very good value for money considering how well you will be looked after! Padma and family really helped to make the best of a bad situation for us. My partner fell ill as we arrived and as a result wasn't able to leave the room. Padma and her parents were very attentive checking on us regularly to see if we needed anything - they brought breakfast, lunch + dinner to the room for us, and were dutifully concerned about my partner, and helpful with directions to hospital when that became necessary.

We stayed only for one night in this homestay during a tour trought the Nimubra Valley. We had a great stay, the family is very kind and helpful, the property is beautyful, the rooms clean. The food is amazing and with reasonable prices. We would have loved to stay longer, we highly recommand.

The staff were lovely. Pagma could not do enough. I am coming back next year with friends for an extended stay. Very good especially for motorcycle adventurers. Food was outstanding.

I had an amazing stay at Zambala guest house thanks to the hosts. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is in a great location. They will cook you breakfast and dinner which is very tasty. A special thanks to Nawang for an incredible stay. If you visit Diskit, stay at Zambala guest house!
