Incredibly kind and friendly staff, specially at the reception desk. Every detail is taken care of, from the welcome tea and cookies, to the temperature of the rooms, the amazing breakfast with all you can hope for, the interior design and decorations to the restaurant and everything else in between. Plus the views are amazing from all angles. Would love to have had a longer stay here.

The staff of the hotel were exceptional. My wife got altitude sickness and all the staff were very concern about her health. They supplied oxygen also for her comfort. Hats of to them Specially to mention Mr.Mumtaz who was always standing for help. The restaurant staffs were also very courteous.
