My stay at this hostel was nothing short of exceptional! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff and the manager. I had a long stay for about 2 months and that place had become like my second home with Tashi (the manager) being my younger brother emsuring I have the best stay and experience with everything around and Ali (the all in one) being like father figure always helping me out with almost everything. The cook and rest of the staff were really friendly as well and left no stone unturned to make me or the other guest fell at home even in the times of war like situations when everything around was closed. They went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and were always ready to help with a smile, offering local tips, and even accommodating special requests without hesitation. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. I can’t thank them enough and would return in a heartbeat!

It has a great rooftop area where you could hang out all day and just stare at the amazing view of the mountains & the Palace. It's just a short walk, maybe 5 minutes into the marketplace. So super close to cafe, restaurants, laundry shops, fruit shops, travel agents, everything that you need etc. The hostel also provides filtered drinking water for you to refill your own bottles. Heating is excellent in the room with a great, good-sized balcony. Rooms are clean, and staff were pleasant & helpful. I'd booked for 3 nights then added another 2 nights and after my tour I came back for another 2 nights before flying out. So I can definitely recommend!! I didn't eat there so can't judge the food but the variety & prices were good.
