Very helpful and friendly owner, manager and staff. Gave me useful information about the trips I was undertaking and sorted any little problems regarding permits and so on, very quickly. I used the hotel as a base for the 4 motorcycle trips that I did over 3 weeks. They stored equipment for me and always welcomed me back to a clean room and their good restaurant food. Thanks Jigmet and staff for all your efforts.

Rooms are good, clean and have anything you need. The location is excellent, just 5 mins walking to the main market and stay away from crowd. The owner and staffs are friendly and helpful. Just ask what you need, they will support you as much as they can. Incredible garden is the main point which made me book Shaynam and it is more than I expected. It's so good to sit there and have a cup of tea or coffee. Highly recommended.
