I had the most exceptional stay. I've been to India on many occasions: this is the best place I have ever stayed. Padme, the manager, is supremely helpful, checking out how you are (adjusting to the altitude), booking taxis etc. The food at the Guest House is exceptional: very tasty and inexpensive. There's a good roof terrace with super views of the mountains around Leh. Highly recommended.

We stayed 5 nights here and really loved our stay! The rooms are really nice, with confy beds and clean bathrooms. There is a great rooftop to chill in the sun. Homemade food is delicious. Padma the owner is warm and welcoming, and is really making you feel at home here! The center is 15-20 minutes by foot, but the area is way more calm and relaxed if you’re looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view.
