Very helpfull and friendly staff. Nice persons, in fact all the family is very kind and friendly. The breakfast is good, they are asking you what you want from a selection of: croissant, briose or cheese, butter, salami. They make a great capuccino. Parking is in front of the hotel. The access is easy direct from the main street. Conad, a supermarket, is located near the hotel at just 1 minutes walking. Also a fitness centre is in that complex. City center is located at 10 minutes walking where you wll find some bar's and coffee shops (I recommend Chimama Cafe), Sottomarina and Chioggia at 30 - 45 minutes driving.

Breakfast was nice and tasty. Personel excellent, we came late evening but it was no problem. Air conditioning was working well, no problems with the room.

The staff is very friendly and they speak good English, so there is no problem in case you don't speak Italian. They served a typical Italian breakfast with yogurt, sweet pastries, and coffee. You are offered a basket of different buns and toasts as well as freshly made chocolate or cream-filled croissants. They also have tea if you don't drink coffee. The location is perfect, close to the Agripolis campus, cafes, and supermarket.
