The staff is very friendly and they speak good English, so there is no problem in case you don't speak Italian. They served a typical Italian breakfast with yogurt, sweet pastries, and coffee. You are offered a basket of different buns and toasts as well as freshly made chocolate or cream-filled croissants. They also have tea if you don't drink coffee. The location is perfect, close to the Agripolis campus, cafes, and supermarket.

A convenient choice for an accommodation away from the crowd, reasonable conditions and reasonable prices. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Reasonable access to Venice by car.

it is a clean room after a small renovation - painted, new floors, mattresses and pillows. air conditioning available. Breakfast is super. Only sweet but good.
