The staff are exceptionally genuinely friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The Buffet Breakfast was very good, fresh and varied catering to all tastes and nationalities. We enjoyed the infinity pool each afternoon, music selection was quite good. The grounds are beautifully maintained and have a calming spacious feel, very zen.

Breakfast was amazing. Such a big selection of food. Haity our waitress was amazing. She made our breakfast exceptional. She knew our room number, where we liked to be seated and always got our morning coffee for us.

2 pools but not a lot of space around pools. 1 restaurant and not great quality. Overall you book here for the proximity to Legian

the steak sandwich by the pool was enable. The meat wasn't seared, the bread was stale and the fries were cold. The staff dealt with my complaint very professionally. Breakfast was very well thought out.
