This location is brilliant and excellent value. I loved staying in the original villas at the back. Brilliant value, friendly, helpful staff. I love this hotel if you are staying in Legian. I will definitely be back!

Due to storm in Queensland, we had to change flight to Bali. NGVR staff were great in helping organise extra accommodation nights. The food was great value, including the buffet breakfast. Parts were a little worn down and broken but everything was usable. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the villa did not have extra pillows or blankets, although were provided when asked about. Best thing about NGVR was the position. Close to restaurants and shopping but it's own little oasis.

It is good and clean. breakfast is great... the room we booked 2 months in advanced was not ready the day we checked in, we were given another room for the night but had to pack up just to move. When we checked out not even a thanks for staying etc... very average service...
