Lovely big room with balcony overlooking one of the two pools. Clean. Comfy bed. Staff bent over backwards to find us another room as the first one was very noisy. However, the hotel is located in a very busy area with lots of traffic noise. Apart from that, everything was great.

Staff are so friendly and kind, they always had a smile on their faces and greeted you. The check in and check out process was super quick for us. Location is great for everything you need. It's a family friendly hotel also good for couples stay.
