- staff helped me up the stairs with my bag - pods offer lots of privacy - bathrooms were ok, toilet space a bit small however - room kept cool - pods have air con (that didn’t do much), lights and USB ports but not USB C ports - lots of storage under bed

I feel like being in mars lol! I love the hotel so much 😭❤️ my inner child is so happy But the staff isn’t so nice (flat & not too helping) but that’s okay! The facilities was great. This place is kinda hidden but not far from everywhere

Amazing!! The pods were so comfy & private, with AC inside 🙂 the bathroom was really clean & the showers were hot! Absolutely amazing value.. Good location with a shop either side of the hostel & loads of restaurants within walking distance, 25 mins walk (or 10mins on a bike) from kuta beach, the staff were so friendly.. I am confused to why some people have left bad reviews? I don't think it's fair at all.. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & I would recommend to anyone ☺️

The casuals were larger than I expected and I was able to lay flat on my back wich is rare in capsules as I am 6.5 aditonaly the showers and bathrooms were very clean and the staff were nice
