Lovely location for someone that like some quiet. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It will be great for the cleaners to be friendly as well especially when greeted and complimented. Breakfast was good but could be better.

I liked the location and the convenience more than the room and facilities. I was moved into a better room after complaining about the first room.

I am so pleased I stayed here. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were so nice and friendly. The gym was excellent and very clean too. Unlike many hotels I have stayed in, this was just off the main road so no traffic noise at night. Complimentary breakfast was great. I also loved the drinks and pastries at the front desk. Good location, easy to hop onto a bus to get into the city centre on the main road which is literally a 3 minute walk. As a single female travelling solo, I felt incredibly safe walking around at night. There is also a big supermarket within a minute walking distance, I loved going there to buy snacks etc, so convinient! Excellent hotel with lovely staff. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Rossini Tamang in the restaurant was especially kind and great with my son, Muna. Sabir at reception was also very helpful and resolved my room and booking issues quickly and professionally
