The hosts (Faye and Mike) were very friendly and always available. They were wating for us when we arrived, and had even filled the fridge with milk, butter and fresh fruits aand bread. The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffe, sugar, salt, pepper, ... toaster, coffee maschine, ... all you need. The house has everything you need, towls and blankets, and was very clean. It is located only 50 meters from the beach, great! and only a 3 minute walt to the village with restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back.

We stayed for a week initially, on a 3 week Karpathos holiday. We liked Lefkos and the villa so much, we changed our plans and came back for another 5 days. In our opinion, the villa is probably the best accommodation there because it is quiet, in its own grounds and sits just above the beach. Walk across the road down the steps and your on the beach. The villa is on the edge of the main Lefkos Beach restaurant/shop area (2-3 minutes walk). It was clean & modern, but still had its charm and was well equipped. The terrace was nice for breakfast & sunset evenings. The owners were always available and communication was prompt. They gave us advice on good beaches & restaurants to visit across the island. They also had a family connection with the Ammos restaurant in Lefkos & we were also well looked after there during our stay. It was our favourite restaurant during our travels around the island.

We booked the private beach house from 21 july untill 1 august for 2 adults and 2 children. Our contact person Faye was always available at watt's app. When we arrived was Mike there to welcome us, and explained everything about the house. Mike brought us several times fresh fruit from his garden, and on fridays the bakery brought us a fresh oven baked delicious bread. The private beach house was indeed private, and really less than 1 minute from the beach. We liked this house and the perfect location very much, the fresh sea wind made it real comfortabel. There is airconditioning in both bedrooms, but we didn't used it because of the sea breeze. All we needed in the kitchen was available, also a washing machine for our clothes. We consider this house as proper, like a new house. We liked to use the ourside waterhose when we came home from the beach, to rinse of the sand before we enter the house. Our children even liked to take a quick shower there. The restaurants and some shops are really close by, like 3 minutes walking. What we liked the most, the beautifull sea in front of the house, the sea is perfect there for swimming and snorkeling. The beach is a sandy beach. We consider this rental house one of the best locations from Karpathos.

It is a perfect place ! A small individual house with everything you need. Much free space around the house. Very quiet. Nevertheless a short way to taverns and mini-markets Just some steps to a wonderful beach. Very nice hosts, The refrigerator was full with everything we needed (and a bit more). We just can recommend this place !
