A Private Paradise – Impeccable Villa Stay From the moment we arrived, this villa exceeded every expectation. Tucked away in a serene and private location, it felt like our own personal retreat – quiet, peaceful, and completely secluded. If you're looking to truly relax without any disturbances, this is the place. The villa itself is stunning – beautifully designed with attention to detail in every corner. The amenities were top-tier: a crystal-clear private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and even a cozy outdoor lounge area perfect for sunsets or stargazing. Every room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, blending luxury with comfort. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The entire villa was spotless on arrival – fresh linens, gleaming floors, and sanitized bathrooms. Even the outdoor areas were meticulously maintained. It genuinely felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. What stood out most was the perfect balance between luxury and homely comfort. It had all the upscale touches of a five-star resort, but with the warmth and privacy of a home. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a private escape with zero compromises on comfort or cleanliness. Particularly id like to mention Yiannis who looked after us thoroughly throughout our stay.

Perfect, new, clean, stylish vacation house with pool and amazing garden. Every detail was beautiful and thoughtful. Nothing really to add. Great that you can walk to the beach, few nice restaurants and supermarket. Host super friendly! We are planning to come back.

The villa is well equipped and immaculately maintained. The garden is a beautiful place to spend time - we made lots of use of the pool, table tennis table and barbecue. Yannis leads the team who look after the property and is friendly and helpful - always available if you have any problems. He provided us with generous welcome and leaving packs!! The property is well positioned, about 20 minutes walk to Bouka beach, with its white sands and crystal sea, and 10 minutes from Lefkimmi with a good range of restaurants and bars. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for peace and quiet, yet just a walk to beach and restaurant, yannis was also charming and extremely helpful. The villa itself was excellent
