The villa is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and welcoming, and every detail feels thoughtfully created with care. It’s the kind of place you simply don’t want to leave. The villa, pool, and garden are all impeccably maintained. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linens are changed every two days, a detail that says everything about the host’s genuine concern for guests’ comfort. The room we stayed in was bright, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need: a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a small private terrace perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in peace. The view of the flower-filled garden, surrounded by greenery and with the mountains in the distance, is simply dreamy. What truly makes this place special is Mr. Spiros, a host like no other. He is attentive, kind, and deeply dedicated. Every day, he makes sure everything is perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the care of the pool and garden, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and respected. He’s always ready to help with anything you need, happy to answer questions, offer great local recommendations, and create a sincere connection with each guest. Mr. Spiros has a warmth and authenticity that make you feel instantly at home. You can truly feel that he puts his heart into everything he does, turning your stay into a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, this is a place I wholeheartedly recommend and one we’ll happily return to every time we visit Lefkada. Very nice apartment! Close to the city of Leukada. Very clean also. Nice pool for relaxing. The owner is very kind and helpful. Value for money. Recommend it.

The nice host (Mr. Spyros) gave us a warm welcome, showed us the room, and handed over the keys personally. The location was fine, about a 10–15 minute walk to the windy Agios Ioannis beach. A very comfortable mattress and a nice view from the balcony (room A8). The surroundings of the villa were very nice and well maintained. Covered parking space. Rooms cleaned every day.

Very clean, cleaning lady comes every day, the owner Mr. Spyros made sure we got everything we needed, the pool is very clean too. The room we stayed was true to what we expected. Spacious parking spots, everybody gets his own so you can’t miss your spot and look for another one. Definitely recommending!! 10/10
