The new decor in the room was great, could connect own device to the TV and nice touches with biscuits and nice toiletries The staff were lovely and friendly

The location was ideal for us, close to the railway station and the city centre. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was really good. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and knowledgeable about events taking place in Leeds.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, and bathroom. The shower was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming and friendly from reception to breakfast staff. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of choice. Liked the 20% discount code for Q parking only 10 mins walk from the hotel. I especially loved the birthday macaroons that were sent as a birthday surprise to our room. We had drinks from room service which arrived very quickly. This was a last-minute booking for 3 double rooms for our party of 6 as the house booking we had was cancelled at the last minute though booking.com due to boiler issues. I am very happy that it was as our stay at The Met Hotel was perfect. Many thanks.
