The cardholder must be one of the people staying in the apartment at Quebecs Luxury Apartments. Any cancellation or amendments must be made through Booking.com and not through Quebecs Luxury Apartments. Failure to do this will result in you being charged. Excellent central location. The apartment is spacious, with a well-appointed kitchen area. Very good vale for money compared with other Leeds hotels in a similar price-bracket.
