The property will contact the guest following their reservation.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items.Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean with good facilities. The location is very good to get around Leeds. The breakfast was excellent, both continental and hot breakfast.

Everything.room perfect.staff excellent.a lovely clean hotel. Didnt eat there but will next time because there will be a next time. The only thing i could improve and its not drastic is to have a little more light in the bar and maybe a list of drinks available.

It was close to activities I could do for free and it was close to the venue of the event I was attending.
