The location of the hotel is brilliant. It's only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and right in the middle of the shopping area, with Leeds Trinity mall just a minute away. We stayed here for a concert at the First Direct Arena and it was an easy 10 minute walk there. For breakfast, there is a Wetherspoon 5 minutes walk away, a Pret A Manger opposite and a Costa Coffee next door. The bed linens seemed clean and the sink/toilet were also. The reception area was clean and modern, and the young lady who checked us in was nice.
