The fine print
Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note that there is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Very nicely furnished apartment with a small balcony and 2 nice sized bedrooms. The location was great, near the station and the canal and a cafe round the corner. It was comfortable and had a coffee machine, though a few more pods would be appreciated. It was a very hot weekend but two fans were provided which helped. Communication was mostly good, though cleare instructions about parking would be helpful. Recommend,

Very clear and helpful joining instructions and communications. Apartment was a comfortable walk from the train station and from where I was working. Well equipt and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. Really everything I needed for a couple of nights stay, a real hone from home. Recommended.

Very clean, comfortable beds and sofas, everything you needed in the kitchen, it was spacious, nicely set out and a very lovely owner. The location was perfect and had a good view from the balcony
