Property was lovely, easy parking, very clean and comfortable. Sofa bed was hard, however, perfect for me as I like a hard bed. Only negatives were small things, a non-slip mat for the shower would be useful, there was no basin or plug for the kitchen sink and no instructions for working the hob, I did send a message to ask but never got response and had to google in the end. Nothing that actually spoiled our stay. Any other time I sent messages I did get a response. We would definitely book again if down in Leeds again.
