This is our second stay at The Boathouse and we will stay again. Great place for a short break, very clean and had everything we needed.

Really beautiful place to stay. Very clean with everything you need. Bed was really comfortable and a really nice size main room.

Private drive, very high standard of decor. Very clean. Shower was awesome. Good size bathroom. All the standard plug sockets you’d need. Air con & central heating! Mini fridge massive bonus. Blinds, nets & curtains plus one-way windows means you have the upmost privacy.

Parking off road. Easy walk to Lee on Solent shopping and restaurants. Great use of space. Facilities fridge, microwave, iron & board, lovely shower room, nice TV, confortable bed, all decorated and equipped with very good taste.
