The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, or helpful. They each went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, and they more than exceeded our expectations! Dinner and breakfast were exceptional, and the rooms were tastefully decorated, and had all amenities.

Great little hotel just outside of Ledbury! Plenty of parking and very welcoming staff on arrival. When we booked we were quickly emailed asking if we would like a room upgrade which was a very kind and appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and room had every amenity needed.

The period features are interesting and the decor is unique but suits the property. The staff were simply amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Food was excellent as was the breakfast 🤌🏼
