The Feathers is a great find! The hotel is comfortable, really pretty and just a great place to stay! The staff are so helpful and really lovely! The room is big, with added touches to make it lovely. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. The car park is narrow to get in, however there are a few spaces but there is a car park with a path that leads to the hotel, we managed to geg a space each time in the car park. It really was a fabulous stay and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was quite good . Meusli and yogurt and fruits good, but muffins and hollandaise were poor from cooked breakfast

All extremely good. At the end of the day it is the staff that made my stay a memorable experience - I was impressed with their empathy, efficiency, helpfulness and professionalism. The hotel itself is an amazing building steeped in history with a congenial atmosphere located in the centre of Ledbury with its own car park . Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Dinner menu provided plenty of choice. The waiter handled the chaotic meal ordering by my party of 14 with aplomb. Everyone enjoyed the meal they finally ordered!

The setting is fabulous. Ledbury is a glorious gem in Herefordshire. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. It was on the first floor and opposite the stairs - The Portrait Room. Staff were helpful and generally friendly. The bar and lounge was comfortable and welcoming.
