Decor in the room was cozy and comfortable and the breakfast was spot on but it would be nice to have a choice of smoked or unsmoked bacon.

The room was quite dark and it looked as if one bedside lamp was missing. The room was exceptionally hot but we turned off the radiators and opened the windows. Also there was no shaving point which was poor considering the price and looking to plug in my laptop - again no convenient plugs near the desk in the dark corner.

It was good value for money, clean. Staff were very helpful and had even put my bag in my room before I'd arrived! There were various hot drink options (including decaf tea). WiFi was good.
