This is such a brilliant apartment and the family is lovely. It was so spacious, really well equipped, incredibly clean, right on the slopes, you could genuinely come and go on skis. We stayed in the Comfort apartment and therefore we had two bathrooms. The living room is a really comfortable place to spend evenings and there is a Smart TV. A few things that I would have found really helpful to know in advance: - Location wise, you are literally a 10 minute walk on a snow walking path to Oberlech. We did this walk day and night. It's well lit and very easy unless there is huge amounts of snow. - There is a bus every 30 minutes down to Lech and which is free and takes about 10 minutes. The stop is a 6 minute walk from the apartment. It runs until 7pm down and I think 6.45pm up. There is a night bus leaving Lech first at maybe 8.30pm-ish. This costs 9 Euros per 16+ person. It would be cheaper to use your ski pass on the Bergbahn to Oberlech and then walk across to the apartment if you are a few adults. - In Lech the best place for groceries is Spa, it's at the far end of town. You stay on the bus to the final stop. - In the Comfort Apartment, it's worth noting that the second bunk room is not attached to the apartment and you walk across the shared corridor to reach it. This worked well for us as my children are older but it would be tricky if your kids were very young. The bunk is also a little bit squeaky so maybe not ideal for two adults.

Lovely family and a lovely place to stay for winter holidays. It is direct at the ski area and you don't need to spend time to navigate for preparation... The house has everthing in it, internet is super good, owner is so nice and friendly as we feel it is our family, place is big enough and comfortable, parking is very convenient( for us since we have a small-mid size car), many thanks again since it was a perfect holiday for our family
