Comfortable room with a shared kitchen area. Juice, water and basic cereal food were provided which was a nice surprise. It was great having a washing machine in the kitchen area. There is a window that opens with a clothesline for drying washing. It is a locked gated building with private parking in the gated area. We were met by a lovely friend of the owner and she showed us everything. It was close to the old town of Lecce and easy driving to explore other areas of Puglia. Excellent value for money.

The room was very clean. Nice AC and nice shower. You can put your car on a private parking spot inside the gates, so that's perfect. There's an open closet, so you can store your clothes and bags. In the shared kitchen, you can make yourself a nice espresso and there are some free drinks in the fridge.

Let's start with the reception. A detailed and clear explanation. Even though I don't speak Italian, I think I understood all the moving-in instructions. (warmest regards to your father 🙂) The next step is cleanliness and order in the apartments. All the needs of a tourist are thought out in the kitchen. Although it is not specified during the reservation, the owners of the rooms even provided a light breakfast, coffee, tea, water and juice. Thirdly, a strong wifi signal + smart TV is a great combination. Fourth is the location. A few minutes walk to the old town. Safe and free parking in a closed courtyard area. I offer a 10-point rating, with complete peace of mind, because this offer is definitely more valuable than what is currently available on booking.com.
