The property is located in a slightly secluded spot whilst being within easy walking distance (20 mins) of the centre of Leece. Cleanliness of the property upon our arrival was of the highest standard. I have rarely if ever stayed in holiday accommodation so well prepared for guests with the odd finishing touches indicating that the owners took pride in offering the highest standard of service. General impression of the property itself was one of light, airiness and space. An added bonus was the ability to be able to drive the car right on to the villa terrace. As we mostly like to shop locally and cook for ourselves whilst on holiday kitchen facilities are important; these were more than up to the job with a large fridge and gas cooker to hand. The property is well served for bathrooms - there are three of them (again spotlessly clean) - with the both large bedrooms being independently en-suite. This means you are not waiting for others to get showered and ready whilst doing so yourself. If we needed to contact the owner of the villa for any reason the response was immediate and the host was warm and friendly. This is a property for travellers that appreciate attention to detail and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our host Sergio was very helpful,the house was very clean.In the morning he brought croissents as a gesture, which was really nice.We really enjoyed our stay there.

The hosts were incredible, very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and spacious. The neighbourhood was quiet and seemed safe.
