FOR A SINGLE BED ROOM IT WAS A LOT BIGGER THAN SOME I'VE STAYED IN. CLEAN. GOOD SPOT FOR LEAMINGTON SPA. I WAS GOING TO WARWICK FOR GIG BUT ONLY BUS RIDE AWAY. GOOD CHOICE FOR BREAKFAST. STAFF WERE PLEASENT.
