The ability to make a provisional booking at a reasonable rate, compared to many hotels in Leamington Spa, who wanted to charge a lot more compared to the ‘book now’ policy !

The breakfast was fine. Plenty of selection. The property was clean staff very friendly. The biggest spoiler was the noise from the traffic as on the crossroads.
