Location, location, location. Easy 6 or 7 minute walk into the centre of Leamington. Free 24hr parking within metres. TV has all the apps. Facilities are first class, the hosts are very generous with basics like washing powders, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Made it feel very homely.

The location was very good. There was even a small container of milk in the fridge to start me off. A plentiful amount of cups glasses and crockery supplied. A dishwasher and tablets supplied.
