The fine print
Our Hotel, at the heart of the buzzy centre of Leamington Spa, are above the picturesque Terrace Restaurant and Bar on the ground floor of Victoria Colonnade. This means that our guests can enjoy all-day dining on site, from morning coffee and cakes, through to gourmet dinners and evening drinks. At weekends, the Terrace Bar is a popular venue for live music, mostly mellow acoustic sounds and jazz, so we like our guests to be aware that there may be some music audible from their rooms until just after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, however this has not proved to be a problem. The open-air section of the restaurant on the terrace beside the river closes at midnight but the Terrace Bar continues serving drinks until 2am.

The location is great, we were attending a wedding and it was only a 4 min walk from the venue. I called and spoke to staff the day before to enquire about an early check in to allow us time to get ready before our event and they were very accommodating with it, staff were friendly and helpful inside the restaurant and gave clear and helpful instructions. Overall a pleasant stay for a great price.

Staff. They were helpful, efficient, and cheerful. Rooms were spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. Perfect location as well..Restaurant and bar on the ground floor reasonably priced and well run.

Based in the centre of Leamington Spa. It is not a hotel, basically it is a room above a bar/restaurant. Check in is at the bar & the entrance to the room is not lovely. Once in the room, it was good.

Location, bar, restaurant and friendly staff. The room was cosy and keypad entry system was easy and hassle free. Good value for money.
