The house was modern, well equipped and comfortable. The free parking was excellent after having found trouble parking in Leamington town centre alternatives. It was great that it had 2 bedrooms, because as a couple used to superking beds, we used both bedrooms.

The carpet was like walking on a sheep, so comfy underfoot, the house felt warm and cosy, all the facilities you could need and great location

The outside, it was summer and we sat outside. Wish we had known about the AV set up in advance. Getting in was easy, host phoned us and was helpful. There is a takeaway nearby so no cooking needed

The garden was great although the deck boards will need changing as they are rotten. The living space was lovely to look and the sofa was very comfy
