The fantastic location, close to loads of places, Peebles or Edinburgh but far away enough for peace and quiet. I liked the private parking and the big garden where we enjoyed watching the swifts and the stunning views of the hills. Although you have neighbours, it was very peaceful. It was one of the cleanest cottages I've ever stayed in, and Elizabeth provided vegan milk and snacks, which was very much appreciated. I'd love to come back and explore the area a little more.

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at minton Cottage. The photos don't do this place justice, it's immaculate, and everything you need is there including free parking outside the property.What an amazing place. Our chihuahua Lexi loved the freedom she had in the enclosed garden and also the toy box full of toys, she even jumped in it to get to them 😂 The village is lovely and the locals are really friendly, will definitely be back.
