The fine print
A prepayment deposit by wire transfer of 30% of the full amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance and the security deposit will have to be paid cash on arrival. If the house has not been cleaned by the guest at the end of the stay, an extra fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Charming property and excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and spacious main bedroom and a lovely sitting area on the first floor. Private garden and use of the pool (very clean and well maintained)
