The room was clean and no-frills, but exactly what we needed for our stopover, as we arrived late and left early. Breakfast is very good, always great to be able to boil eggs!

Excellent location right next to the motorway - it seemed a lot of people were using it to get around the Air Quality tag that is required in Rouen, judging by the windscreens in the car park (not sure this location will totally exempt you though) - cleanest French budget type hotel I've stayed in with proper air conditioning and none of the usual smells. A 5 minute walk to the tram which takes you into the centre in just 10 minutes.
