I was impressed with the manageress, who called me 2 days before to enquire why I had not arrived at the hotel on that day. I explained that there had been a last minute change to my itinerary and that I would need to rearrange the booking, and that I understood I would lose the money for the booking for the original date. She said that I could rearrange the date and only pay a £20.00 administration charge. Excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The room was specious and clean. The breakfast provided included a wide range of items suitable for such a meal.

Location was amazing, hotel was set in beautiful well kept grounds where our dog could exercise and we could sit on some of there lovely garden furniture.

We came in late, and the key was left in reception for us. We left early the next morning and was easy to get in and out of the are.
