The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very basic, but the rooms were nice and spacious, very clean. We had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed their stay. The family room was perfect in size and number of beds. 15 min walk from the old town and cathedral.

We had the '1 Double Bed 1 Single Bed - Room Next Generation', which turned out to be a disability/accessible room. This was a large room for the price and was a good location for walking into town and was near the tram stop, being next to the train and bus station. Beds were good and air-con/heating system worked well. Staff on the reception were super helpful and friendly.
