Beautiful place with access to swim in the lake just 20 paces from the lift. Family run hotel with 15 rooms, and a great restaurant in the Michelin guide. Wonderful spa for such a small and bijoux hotel! The traditional family service which is still the best of this special area of Lago Maggiore - brilliant! Grazie.

The room was spacious, very clean, large bathroom with good towels and toiletries. We had large terrace with amazing view at the lake. We got 2 bottles of water every day, not on arrival only. Coffee machine prepared good coffee. Fridge of minibar was enough large allowing us to put fruits and another purchased goods. Breakfast was very good and served on the terrace, the staff was very polite and helpful.

The location was very good, close but not too close to restaurants (there is a restaurant in the hotel, but it wasn't open during our stay). The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor/indoor dining (breakfast seating in our case) is lovely and on the waters edge- nice atmosphere. The spa and pool are nice with a lake view while you relax in the indoor pool - so nice! We had a balcony room that overlooked the lake. The space and view were excellent!

The staff was super friendly and tried to accommodate all our requests. The room was good, with all necessary amnesties.
