Very nice modern clean hotel Price included a lovely breakfast which was buffet style, coffee ( although from a machine) was very good Great location , very close to ferry port & train station & the star of the show, The Lake . Staff very friendly & helpful

The property was clean and quiet, despite room overlooking a busy road. The bed was comfortable. The location was very central- although parking was not possible at the hotel, there was a supermarket car park 2 minutes away. Many choices at breakfast!

The hotel is modern and really well located in Laveno opposite the ferry and railway station . The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, Georgia even gave us a lift to a local restaurant when we couldn’t find a taxi which was so nice. Breakfast is very good, overall the hotel was fantastic for our short stay in Laveno!

very good location in city center, close to ferry and train station, with partial lake view 2 floors hotel but still had an elevator excellent breakfast good fridge and air conditioning modern furniture, room with balcony, large safe, modern bathroom friendly stuff, when asked suggested a good restaurant and made the reservation for me
