Location very good. Swan and Indian restaurants, both excellent, just a few yards away. Clothes shops and cafes all on the doorstep. Wonderful church. Visited several historical buildings. Lavenham open garden day was excellent. Courtyard sunny and private. A wonderful short holiday.

(Self catering) Two convenience stores selling an excellent choice of goods - including high quality ready meals. Also a superb butcher next to one of the stores. We liked the quirkiness of this very old listed property. Uneveness of floors etc. The building had been restored to a high standard. No creaking. Surprisingly large. Bigger on the inside than on the outside - like the Tardis. Lavenham was most interesting.

The wonderful listed building, on the High Street, close to all facilities in Lavenham. The cottage was comfortable and well appointed. Great for self catering as everything was there that would be needed. There were fresh flowers on the table, and coffee, tea, milk and cookies as a welcome. The beds were really comfortable with super mattresses.
