Beautiful property and the owner was lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast with home made jam’s was a real treat. Highly recommend a visit.

We had a wonderful stay - we were in the village completing on the purchase of our new home - we had a gorgeous room, comfortable bed,delicious breakfast and fabulous hosts who couldn’t have been more welcoming - we would highly recommend staying here and will be recommending it to our friends. The large old chateau has been sensitively restored and furnished with interesting modern art much of which is for sale. There is a sense of grandeur - elegant rooms with tall ceilings, impressive staircase. The bed was superbly comfortable and the large room had everything you need including a smart TV on which you can access your own Netflix/Youtube/Prime account, and a good shower. Breakfast was served in the beautiful old dining room and consisted of excellent-quality fresh croissants, pain au chocolate, baguettes and delicious home-made jams with a choice of salted and non-salted butter, together with as much fresh coffee or tea as you want - a really excellent French breakfast. Free parking just outside the front gates, town centre 2 minutes walk away. The owner was attentive, helpful and discrete and we will definitely stay there again next time we visit Lauzun
