The room was very spacious. The hotel was very close to the station. Breakfast was very good. There was a restaurant just at the doorway. Overall it was very satisfying.

Staff very friendly and helpful! We felt very welcome. The wifi was excellent, so a really good place to stay and work if you need to. The location is perfect, a few meters away from the main station and yet ideally placed in a quiet pedestrian street.

Beautiful circular building, lobby is impressive with fauna and decor. The rooms were modern style very appealing to the eye and provided a fantastic nights sleep. We had an inward facing room and the view over the outdoor seating area was brilliant. The hotel itself is a short (but steep!) walk from the main Lausanne train station (which is also just across the road from the metro entrance, a funicular railway that spans from the bottom, lake side Ouchy- Olympique all the way up some 700m Croisettes). Therefore a very accessible hotel from public transport, but caution to those short of breath. Very kind and helpful staff, also. I was sad to only be staying one night! Would highly recommend to others.

Checkin process was easy, the staff were helpful and patient. The room is spacious. It had all necessary facilities. Great location that is close to the station.
