Very convenient - short walk into Launceston centre through a lovely park. We were there for a tennis tournament and it was also a short walk to the courts. comfortable house, good cooking facilities and nice living areas. The beds were very comfy. It was great to have the garage as parking outside the property was limited.

Walking distance to every attraction. Lovely character home, lovingly renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Safe and quiet.
