Tess provided clear and precise instructions and promptly responded to my messages. Great host. The property itself was amazing. Great decor, plenty of natural light and was very clean. As we were there predominately for the football at UTAS stadium, the location was ideal.

This property was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. A lot of thought had gone into the design and it was beautifully decorated in the “art deco”style. The location of the bedrooms with the Queen beds at opposite ends of the apartment was excellent as it enhanced privacy. The manual that comes with the property is also extremely informative. I would certainly stay there again and will recommend it to friends. The host Tess was very approachable and friendly and came round in person on a Saturday afternoon to fix an issue I had with the TV.

Loved the decor and feel of the apartment. Very well appointed and couldn’t want for anything more. Great location and close to everything you need. Tess was very friendly and helpful as well as being very prompt with any questions or requests.
