Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking.Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Great location, easy walk for good coffee, eateries and bars. Lots of little outdoor nooks to sit, loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Comfy and cute!

The cottage was awesome, very cute & had all these extra things, lots of kitchen appliances, toasty maker, coffee machine, rice cooker. TV, board games, books, beds were super comfy, bonus heated floor in the bathroom. Location was great very close to shops, supermarket & not too far away from Cataract Gorge & Penny Royal Adventures.

- location was great, walking distance to the city - beds were comfortable for those who prefers soft mattress - home space has sufficient room for a small family (four at max) - keyless access makes for a convenient check in/out - welcome gift (bottle of wine and pack of timtams) was a nice touch. I would recommend offering sample sizes of local products (jam, crackers, cheeses) and a wine to compliment it - washer/dryer available on site - access to plenty of towels, cleaning products, pantry accessories - heated floor in bathroom, nice bath - small outdoor garden and the verandar - great spaces to have a cuppa or have some alone time
