The place was 100% spotless very clean, the annexe had everything you would need for a weeks break, what was exceptional was the host left a small hamper which included, breakfast cereals, milk, butter, fresh eggs from their own hens.bread, jam, marmalade, prosecco, bottles of beer, a cake, which we felt was a very nice touch. It made us feel at home straight away.The shower was good and the bathroom in general was very clean with supplies of toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo.The kitchenette was well stocked with all the utensils and crockery, there is also a toaster and convection microwave, the bed was comfy and had a remote tv with netflix, amazon prime etc, the annexe also had an alexa alarm clock.

The overall comfort and cleanliness of the property. Very tastefully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Great location for exploring north and south coast of Cornwall. Conveniently placed off of A30.

The annex was lovely and clean with a nice welcome basket. Very bright and airy but cosy at the same time. Great location, felt right in the country side but easy access to the A30. Dog friendly and the host were very accommodating. Would definitely book again.
