A wonderful comfortable country retreat with a superb outlook from the kitchen/lounge/terrace to the rear of the property overlooking the garden. We used the property as a base to tour Cornwall/Devon which was perfect for us and it was great to return and relax in the Evening. The Hosts, Barbara and Richard are very welcoming/friendly and made us feel at home during our entire stay. They really have made the Dovecote a real "Home from Home" and we have to compliment them on their attention to detail.

Peaceful, quite. Just amazing. Couldn't have wished for anything better.. Couldn't wish for better hosts Barbara & Richard are amazing. I would actually pay more than what we paid to stay

-Really lovely location, very isolated and quiet. -great views -nice and cosy during our winter stay, the log burner is great! -host is very kind and welcoming

I spent Christmas 🎄time with my family in this cottage. We had everything that we needed for our Christmas dinner. The host Barbara was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was very cosy, warm and clean.
