For my purposes - an overnight stay on a long trip with a large van to park - it was perfect. The welcome was very friendly it was very quiet, which I like and I noted the attention to detail with all the items provided (most of which I didn't use) like the variety of hot drinks, the slippers, various shower gels, plenty of towels, dressing gown and so on. Felt very homely and welcoming and I'm sure Julie would have made me supper if I'd asked! And it was such good value!
