We'll appointed. It's in a very quiet location, with convenient parking. Close to Launceston and Tintagel, a good base for this region of Cornwall.

The surrounding were lovely and quiet, the kids loved the ponies 😊 Gemma was accommodating with our arrival time and herself and her mum were very helpful with places to visit and things to do.

On arrival there were 5 of us and have to say it wasn't that clear that the apartment was just one room there was no way we could stay there. Luckily Gemma did have the house available but this meant I had to pay out another 384 pounds which I wasn't expecting.

Friendly and helpful host, made us feel very welcome. Comfortable accomodation. Lovely rural location, very peaceful. Central location so it's close to lots of places in Cornwall, which were easy to travel to by car.
